Is there a minimum order?
Express branding starts at 10 boxes, and Full custom printed boxes start at 100. You can also order a single sample first.
How long does production take?
After approval and payment, production takes 3–7 business days for fewer than 100 boxes, or up to 15 business days for 100 or more. Delivery, available capacity and final artwork approval affect your in-hand date.
Are prices before sales tax?
Yes. All prices are before sales tax; tax is calculated at checkout.
Do you deliver locally?
Your concierge will confirm local hand delivery eligibility and shipping for your address.
Can I change my design?
You can update your design before approval. Approved specifications are locked.
Where will I pay?
After approving the final price and delivery date, you’ll pay through Stripe’s secure checkout.
